Overview: Conducted at Owston Primary School in Doncaster, this project focused on enhancing fire safety measures and addressing maintenance issues within the premises.

 

Scope of Work:

• Fireboarding Installation: We installed fireboards above the suspended ceiling in vulnerable areas to bolster the building's compliance with safety regulations, ensuring enhanced fire protection.

• Doorframe Repair: Repairing old and damaged doorframes was a crucial aspect of the project, aimed at restoring functionality and structural integrity.

• Door and Door Frame Preparation: The installation of new doors and door frames necessitated meticulous filling, sanding, and painting to seamlessly integrate them into the school's environment.

 

Outcome: The completion of the project at Owston Primary School signifies an enhanced level of fire safety compliance and improved maintenance standards. By implementing fireboarding in vulnerable areas, repairing doorframes, and meticulously preparing newly installed doors and frames, we have contributed to creating a safer and more functional learning environment for the school community.
