Overview: Undertaking the redecoration of a spacious student accommodation presented us with the task of transforming a neglected space into a welcoming environment suitable for new tenants.

 

Scope of Work:

• Comprehensive Painting: Our team embarked on a thorough painting project, covering all walls, ceilings, and woodwork to refresh the interior. Utilizing neutral tones, we aimed to create a clean and modern backdrop for the accommodation.

• Furniture Removal: Removing old, worn-out furniture was an essential step in revitalizing the space. Clearing the area allowed for a fresh start and enabled us to reimagine the layout for maximum appeal.

• Deep Cleaning: The accommodation was left in a dismal state by previous tenants, requiring extensive cleaning to restore its cleanliness and hygiene. We ensured every corner was meticulously attended to, leaving the space spotless and ready for its new inhabitants.

 

Project Completion: With a sense of urgency, we worked efficiently to meet the landlady's request to have the accommodation back on the market as soon as possible, ensuring a swift turnaround without compromising on quality.
