Transylvania Tavern

Overview: A return visit to the Transylvania Tavern involved addressing a roof leak, repairing water damage, and refurbishing the office area. The goal was to restore the integrity of the structure, ensure waterproofing, and rejuvenate the office space.

 

Scope of Work:

• Roof Leak Repair: We identified and fixed the source of the leak originating from the roof, ensuring proper sealing to prevent further water ingress.

• Water-Damaged Area Reboarding: The water-damaged area was reboarded to restore structural integrity, followed by tape and jointing to seamlessly blend the new surface with the existing ones.

• Office Repainting: The entire office space was repainted to refresh its appearance and create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.

• Window Water Damage Repair: Additionally, we removed water-damaged board above the window and resealed the window to enhance waterproofing and prevent future leaks.

 

Outcome: The return visit to the Transylvania Tavern resulted in a restored and refurbished office space. By addressing the roof leak, repairing water damage, and repainting the office, we have improved both the structural integrity and visual appeal of the area. The comprehensive repairs and enhancements ensure a comfortable and well-maintained environment for patrons and staff alike.
